2010/11 NBA Season
The 2010 season for the Bobcats will be a defensive task for their defensive minded head coach Larry Brown. With the team making their playoff debut last season against the Orlando Magic but being swept in four games in the process, Larry Brown knows that defense wins championships.
After struggling to a 9-15 record, Coach Brown is calling out his team’s effort. "First, we've got to play hard. I think when you play hard; it covers up a lot of deficiencies. We don't get loose balls, we don't get long rebounds. We don't get out on the break; we don't get back (on defense). Those are all effort kind of things. I think, in everybody's mind, they think they're trying, but you have to do it as a group,” Coach Brown said recently.
